Our Refund Policy:

Since the items and ranks you receive when purchasing are Digital Intangible Items, there is a strict no refund policy. 

If you were banned and or muted on the server the no refund policy will still extend to this as well.

Executing a chargeback/dispute will get your account banned from our server automatically.

we understand that the idea of your child wanting to buy something online can be quite scary, but we will quickly explain it to you. Each player starts with a default rank, on this store they can purchase ranks and packages to improve their gameplay. Each rank comes with a different set of features - and each package includes a variety of different things that are better than the default rank. That being said it will make the gameplay more enjoyable.
